I had a somewhat mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was perfect, especially being so close to the train station with easy access to Hamburg, the rooms had an old smell and felt a bit cramped. The service was fantastic, with quick responses to my requests and a delightful breakfast. However, I was let down by the dining experience as it lacked variety. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but a few improvements could really enhance the stay.
